Placing an order is simple: browse our categories or use the search bar. Click on the product you are interested in, choose the options (color, size) if available, then click "Add to cart". Then go to your cart, confirm your order and fill in your delivery details.

We currently accept cash on delivery. Mobile Money payments (Orange Money, MTN MoMo) will be available very soon to make your life even easier!

Delivery fees depend on your area of residence and are calculated automatically when you check out. Delivery times generally range from 24 to 72 hours depending on your city and the delivery mode chosen (Standard or Express).

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its progress directly from your "My account" area, in the "My orders" section. We will also contact you by phone before delivery.

It's very simple! Go to the Sell on DILZ page, read about the benefits, then click "Create my shop". Fill in the application form, and our team will verify your information and validate your seller account.

Signing up is free. DILZ only takes a transparent commission on each sale made. You only pay when you sell. Commission rates vary by product category. See our Seller Rules for more details.

DILZ manages logistics and shipping end-to-end through our network of delivery partners. When an order is placed, you prepare the package and our courier picks it up to ship it to the final customer.

Your payments are securely transferred directly to the Mobile Money or bank account you provided during registration, on a regular billing cycle and after delivery to the customer is confirmed.
