Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the DILZ marketplace by buyers from partner sellers or from DILZ directly.

1. Prices and Payment

Our product prices are listed in CFA Francs (FCFA), all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping fees. DILZ and its sellers reserve the right to change their prices at any time. Payment is due immediately upon ordering or upon delivery, depending on the option chosen. Payment can be made via Mobile Money, bank card, or cash on delivery (depending on the geographic area).

2. Order

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated. DILZ reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, in particular in the event of a supply issue or a problem with the order received.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the order process. Delivery times are given for guidance only. In the event of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of any impact on the delivery time you were given.

Delivery fees vary depending on your geographic location (Center, Outskirts, Other Cities) and are calculated and displayed before your order is finally validated.

4. Withdrawal and Returns

You have seven (7) days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).

5. Warranty

All our products come with the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product sold is non-conforming, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded according to the partner seller's terms.

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, DILZ will act as a mediator to find an amicable solution. If no solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.
